The project involved demolition of the existing ablution facilities and construction of new ablution block including male/female changing room.

The project involved construction of Two Storey Change-rooms Blocks including disabled and referees shower.
The Old Homestead
The project involved construction of extension to the existing building and re-modelling the existing building to the modern facilities. The building involved community hall, kitchen and administration area.
Estuary Arts Centre
The project involved construction of Education Wing Extension including teaching Studios, Exhibition Gallery, Kitchen, Store Rom and New Toilet Block facilities.
Sai Temple
The Shirdi Sai Temple involved structural strengthening and the Conversion of a 1600M2 warehouse in to a Temple Structure. The structure encompassed the construction of a new Suspended Slab spanning the entire warehouse, hence doubling the covered space in excess of 3200M2.
Gallaher Court
This contract involved the removal of the existing building and construction of a two storey apartment block, comprising 16 one bedroom units (eight on the ground floor and eight on the first floor). Ancillary works included the construction of an access road, vehicle park with road markings, street lighting, landscaping, extension of public and private storm-water lines, etc. The building also houses a hydraulic lift
Housing for the Elderly
This contract involved the internal refurbishment of 65 Units spread over three different Courts. The works included the removal of existing finishes ( wall paper, floor coverings etc), and the installation of new kitchen, wardrobes and vanity units, construction of new partitions, new floor coverings, and re-decoration of the units, both externally and internally. The project was handled in phases, and required that work were completed to strict timeframes as the movement of tenants were scheduled months in advance. The work also involved liaising, not only with Council Projects team, but also with the tenancy department.
Bob White Reception Lounge Extension , Manukau City Council

Howick Pakuranga Netball Centre – Refurbishment
Refurbishment of existing netball centre at Lloyd Elsmore Park. Total floor area 1060 SM. Involves alterations to existing double storey sports club building including removal of various ground floor partitions to allow for installation of new kitchen (by others) & adjacent canteen area, with new external openings for new sliding aluminium doors
