Project Scope:
This contract involved the removal of the existing building and construction of a New two storey apartment block, comprising 16 one bedroom units (eight on the ground floor and eight on the first floor). Ancillary works included the construction of an access road, vehicle park with road markings, street lighting, landscaping, extension of public and private storm-water lines, etc. The building also houses a hydraulic lift.
